Dean Burhoe

When I was 16, I began my landscaping career with a mower, weedwacker, and an old Ford pickup. After school and throughout college (degree in Landscape Design from the University of Connecticut) I would mow lawns in the evening for extra money. Eventually, I began to expand my operations to include employees and offer additional services such as landscape design and installation of concrete pavers. Today, Burhoe Landscaping and Lawn Service has grown into a company that is a leader in the landscape industry. I now have a mowing crew, a landscape crew, a hardscape crew, and a carpentry crew. I have a full line of trucks and equipment to meet any landscape need. I believe that over the years I have established a business that sets us apart from other landscape companies. My crews are experienced, knowledgeable, and courteous. My equipment is up to date, correctly maintained, and properly insured. We continue to educate ourselves by attending seminars and lectures that are related to our industry. When it comes to our customers, we are meticulous, dedicated to our work, and have a "no problem" attitude.

When I am not hard at work I enjoy spending time with Wendy, my wife of 22 years, and my 3 kids- Erin (13), Andrew (17), and Brent (19). We are very active in our church, and we love to camp in the warmer seasons, snowmobile in the winter, and enjoy spending time with our dog Samson.

 

Wendy Burhoe

As the wife of the owner, Wendy has been part of the business in some form or another for the past twenty-two years. She is often the first voice you will hear when the phone is answered. She handles much of the daily clerical responsibilities.

 

Brent Burhoe

Brent has been working in landscaping since the beginning of his teenage years. He first started as a general laborer and then moved on into an administrative role. This year he has added to his responsiblities the position of office manager.
